RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been altered or used. If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call us on 01621 785173 or email sales@flagformulations.co.uk Damage by courier must be reported within 24hrs of delivery.

Under The Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 (superseding Distance Selling Regulations 2000) we hereby confirm that you have the right to cancel an order up to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (for distance and off-premises sales). The exceptions to these regulations are when products have been opened and used, if products are bespoke (made to order) items or the sale is classed as a business to business contract.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
